Experience the Magic of Live Calligraphy Art
On-Site Engraving for Brand Activations & Events
MY MOST REQUESTED SERVICE!
If you’re looking for something new and exciting to offer your guests, consider hiring a live hand engraving artist (me!) for your next brand event.
Clients can choose to have their name, social media handle, meaningful date, or short messaged etched right in front of them. You’ll see their faces light up as they see their customized products come to life! Why? Because nothing is more memorable than a personalized experience.
Hand engraving is versatile and lends itself to so many potential options. I can hand engrave most glass, metal, stone, and acrylic surfaces, and select surfaces can be filled with a metallic silver, gold, or copper finish to make the engraving pop. My professional equipment is portable, elegant, and doesn’t take much room, which allows me engrave on site at your storefront or event space with minimal setup.
Ideas for engraving include:
Glassware & Drinkware
Fragrance Bottles
Wine and Spirit Bottles
Decanters
Stainless Steel Bottles
Candle Jars
Beauty Products

Gua Sha Stones
Metal Watches
Jade Stones and Crystals

Not sure if your product is engravable? Reach out and I’d be happy to take a look and weigh our options!

On-Site Pyrography
& Heat Foiling
Pyrography (the art of writing with fire) is a permanent way to personalize genuine wood and leather materials. Hot-foiling (heat debossing) takes it one step further and uses heat to adhere metallic foil to a surface; it’s a beautiful way to add metallic shine and dimension to vegan leather and a variety of other materials. Truly a mesmerizing process!
Ideas for pyrography, wood-burning, and heat-foiling include (but are not limited to):
Leather: watch straps, bags and wallets, journals, and more.
Wood: charcuterie boards, cutting boards, coasters, spatulas, wooden spoons, and more.
Vegan Leather: bags and wallets, notebooks, and more.
Linen & Canvas: fabric place cards, linen notebooks, and more.
Pyrography, leather debossing, and gold foiling (or silver foiling) services can be done in studio or provided on site at your private or corporate event, or brand activation.
Interested but not sure what to offer your guests? If you’re planning a private function, in-store brand activation, public relations campaign, promotional event or seasonal preview, I’d love to hear from you!
I’m happy to help you bring your vision to life, as well as discuss material options and what is feasible in a fast-paced event environment.

The sky’s the limit! I can customize a variety of materials and items, depending on your vision for your event. Classic paper choices include place cards, names on menus, thank you notes, and envelopes. Other popular options include wine glasses, metal tumblers, spirit bottles, perfume bottles, and more. If you have an idea but are not sure if the item can be customized with calligraphy, feel free to get in touch and we can discuss what is feasible!

It depends on the duration and timeline of the event, number of guests in attendance, and complexity of the design. Typically, I can customize between 10-20 items per hour. If the volume exceeds what is feasible, I may bring on an additional artist to help you achieve your vision. Either way, I’m happy to work through a plan with you!

I will bring all of the tools needed for the customization process (including pens, ink, paint, engraving, or heat stamping tools). My clients will typically provide the surfaces to be customized. This allows you to choose items that align best with your brand or event. However, I’m happy to provide guidance on suitable materials if needed, and we can work together to source surfaces if needed.

I typically need a table (the size will depend on the event flow, which we can discuss), sturdy chair, good lighting (I can also bring a portable lamp), and sometimes access to an electrical outlet. I will provide all of the necessary tools and supplies needed for the customization process.
